Lean Tech in Medellín, Colombia, is seeking a Mid Fullstack Developer with 3+ years of experience to work hybrid. You will navigate between frontend and backend tasks using Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript, contributing to APIs, services, and UI components.

You will collaborate with multinational teams, participate in code reviews, and support CI/CD pipelines while delivering high-quality solutions across the stack.

Formación

• 3–5 years of fullstack development or equivalent front-end/back-end roles.
• Strong proficiency with Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of SQL (Microsoft SQL is a plus) and NoSQL (MongoDB) best practices.
• Exposure to AWS services including SQS, EC2, Fargate, Lambda, and RDS.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git/GitHub Actions.
• Adaptable mindset with willingness to learn.

Position Title: Mid Fullstack Developer

Location: Hybrid – Medellín

What you will be doing:

We are seeking a Fullstack Developer with 3+ years of experience who can move seamlessly between front-end and back-end development. While expertise in the JavaScript ecosystem (Node.js, React.js, TypeScript) is expected. Candidates should be tech-agnostic and comfortable contributing to multiple coding environments as needed.

You will work closely with multinational teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support the full product lifecycle, including backend services, APIs, and front-end features. You will engage with our entire technical stack and contribute to both product development and operational support.

To excel in this role, you should possess:
