Lean Tech, a Lean Solutions Group Division, is seeking a Senior Rust Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems using Rust and TypeScript. The role requires strong hands-on experience and the ability to navigate systems-level and application-level development.

The ideal candidate will contribute to architectural decisions, work across distributed services, APIs, and modern cloud environments, and mentor teams as needed in a fast-growing LATAM-focused organization.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience developing production applications with Rust.
• Experience with Node.js and modern TypeScript frameworks or runtimes.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience building and consuming APIs and distributed services.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrency concepts.
• Experience with automated testing and modern software development practices.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing production systems.
• Experience with Tokio, Axum, Actix Web, or other Rust frameworks.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or other relational or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience designing distributed systems or event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with observability tools, logging, metrics, and tracing.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
