AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build backend services and frontend interfaces for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will develop REST APIs in Python and create responsive React/TypeScript frontends, manage PostgreSQL schemas and migrations, and utilize AI-assisted tools with a focus on long-term maintainability.

• 5-7 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and TypeScript/React.
• Relational databases including PostgreSQL and database migrations.
• Experience with REST APIs and migrating from GraphQL when needed.
• Experience with data-heavy applications and performance-sensitive queries.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools with good judgment.
• Comfort with a Mac/Linux terminal (bash, Makefiles).
• Strong communication skills and ability to defend technical decisions.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and responsive frontends using React and TypeScript.
• surface, validate, and resolve issues in data from data lake, ETL pipelines, health-check logic, or model outputs.
• Package and manage applications using Docker.
• Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) with critical evaluation.
• Lead discussions with client engineers to clarify functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate daily with client engineers via Slack and Google Meet.
