AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build backend services in Python (FastAPI/Flask) and frontend interfaces in React/TypeScript for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will surface, validate, and resolve issues in data from ETL pipelines, data lake outputs, and ML model results.

You will work with Docker, PostgreSQL, and AI-assisted tools, and defend technical decisions to ensure long-term maintainability while navigating ambiguous, ad hoc requirements.

Formación

• 5–7 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and TypeScript/React.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL) and database migrations experience.
• Comfortable with REST APIs and migrating away from GraphQL where needed.
• Experience building data-heavy applications and performance-sensitive queries.
• Practical use of AI-assisted development tools with judgment to ensure maintainability.
• Proficient in Mac/Linux terminal environments (Bash, Makefiles).
• Strong soft skills and ability to defend technical opinions.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and define problems before solving them.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript).
• Surface, validate, and resolve data issues from data lake, ETL pipelines, and model outputs.
• Package and manage applications using Docker.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools while ensuring long-term maintainability.
• Drive conversations with engineers to clarify requirements and constraints.
• Collaborate daily with engineers via Slack and Google Meet.
