AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and maintain backend services and frontend interfaces for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will create REST APIs in Python (FastAPI/Flask), and develop responsive React/TypeScript UIs, while managing PostgreSQL schemas and migrations.

You will also package applications with Docker, leverage AI-assisted development tools, and collaborate with client engineers daily via Slack and Google Meet.

Formación

• 5–7 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and TypeScript/React.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, including PostgreSQL and database migrations.
• Comfortable working with REST APIs and migrating away from legacy GraphQL when needed.
• Demonstrated experience building or maintaining data-heavy applications with large datasets and performance-sensitive queries.
• Practical, hands‑on use of AI-assisted development tools, paired with the judgment to challenge AI output.
• High comfort level working in a Mac/Linux terminal environment, including Bash and Makefiles.
• Strong soft skills: defend technical opinions while staying pragmatic to ship scalable solutions.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and responsive frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Surface, validate, and resolve data issues from the data lake, ETL pipelines, health-check logic, or model outputs.
• Package and manage applications using Docker.
• Use AI-assisted development tools with critical judgment to avoid shortcuts compromising long-term maintainability.
• Drive conversations with client engineers to clarify functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate daily with client engineers via Slack and Google Meet.
