AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design and maintain backend services and frontend interfaces for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will implement REST APIs in Python (FastAPI/Flask), build responsive React/TypeScript frontends, and manage PostgreSQL schemas and migrations.

You will work with AI-assisted development tools, validate outputs, and push back on shortcuts to ensure long-term maintainability, all while operating in a Mac/Linux terminal environment

Formación

• 5–7 years of full-stack development experience
• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Flask) and TypeScript/React
• Relational DB concepts (PostgreSQL) and migrations
• REST APIs; migration from GraphQL when needed
• Data-heavy applications with large datasets and performance needs
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools
• Comfort in Mac/Linux terminal environments
• Strong soft skills and ability to defend technical opinions
• Ability to work in ambiguous/underdetermined contexts
• Upper-intermediate English level

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript)
• Surface, validate, and resolve data issues from ETL/data lake/model outputs
• Package and manage applications with Docker
• Use AI-assisted tools while maintaining long-term maintainability
• Drive technical discussions to clarify requirements and constraints
• Collaborate daily with engineers via Slack and Meet
