AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and maintain backend services and frontend interfaces for a large-scale marketing analytics platform.

You will implement REST APIs in Python (FastAPI/Flask) and craft React/TypeScript frontends while managing PostgreSQL schemas and migrations. In a fast-paced, often underspecified environment, you will own problem definition, gather context, identify constraints, and shape practical solutions before implementation, collaborating

Formación

• 5–7 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and TypeScript/React.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and database migrations.
• Comfortable with REST APIs; able to migrate from legacy GraphQL where needed.
• Demonstrated experience building or maintaining data-heavy applications.
• Practical, hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools with judgment.
• High comfort level in a Mac/Linux terminal environment.
• Strong soft skills: defend technical opinions and drive scalable solutions.
• Comfort with ambiguity: define problems and constraints in underspecified settings.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and responsive frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript).
• Build interfaces and services that surface, validate, and resolve data issues from data lake/ETL/model outputs.
• Package and manage applications using Docker.
• Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) with critical judgment to ensure long-term quality.
• Drive conversations with engineers to clarify functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate daily with engineers over Slack and Google Meet.
