AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and maintain backend services and frontend interfaces for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will develop REST APIs in Python (FastAPI/Flask), craft React/TypeScript frontends, and manage PostgreSQL schemas and migrations.

You’ll leverage AI-assisted tools with judgment to ensure maintainability, work in a mostly ad hoc environment, and own problem definition and constraints before implementation.

Formación

• 5–7 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and TypeScript/React.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and database migrations.
• Comfortable with REST APIs; able to migrate from legacy GraphQL when needed.
• Demonstrated experience building data-heavy applications.
• Practical use of AI-assisted development tools with judgment to avoid shortcuts.
• High comfort with Mac/Linux terminal (Bash, Makefiles).
• Strong soft skills: defend technical opinions and push for scalable maintainable solutions.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and define problems before solving.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and responsive frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript).
• Surface, validate, and resolve issues in data from ETL pipelines, data lake outputs, and model results.
• Package and manage applications using Docker.
• Use AI-assisted development tools while ensuring long-term correctness.
• Drive conversations with engineers to clarify functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate daily with engineers via Slack and Google Meet.
