AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build backend services (Python FastAPI/Flask) and frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript) for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will develop REST APIs, manage PostgreSQL schemas, and leverage AI-assisted development tools, maintaining a strong emphasis on long-term maintainability.

You will work in a remote-capable role with international teams, collaborating daily to define problems, gathered context, and deliver pragmatic

Formación

• 5–7 years of full‑stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and TypeScript/React.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and migrations.
• Comfortable with REST APIs and migrating from GraphQL.
• Experience with data-heavy applications and AI-assisted development tools.
• Comfort with Mac/Linux terminal.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and responsive frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript).
• Surface, validate, and resolve issues in data from ETL pipelines, data lake outputs, and ML results.
• Package and manage applications using Docker.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools with critical judgment to ensure long-term maintainability.
• Drive conversations with engineers to clarify requirements and constraints.
