AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and maintain backend services and frontend interfaces for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will develop REST APIs in Python (FastAPI/Flask), create responsive React/TypeScript fronts, manage PostgreSQL schemas, and leverage AI-assisted tools while ensuring long-term maintainability.

You will work in an environment with ad hoc, underspecified requirements, taking ownership to define problems, gather context, and shape

Formación

• 5–7 years of full‑stack software development experience.
• Strong Python (FastAPI or Flask) and TypeScript/React skills.
• Solid PostgreSQL and migrations knowledge.
• Comfortable with REST APIs; able to migrate away from legacy GraphQL.
• Demonstrated experience building or maintaining data‑heavy applications.
• Practical use of AI‑assisted development tools with critical judgment.
• Mac/Linux terminal environment (Bash, Makefiles).
• Strong soft skills: defend a technical opinion and push for scalable maintainable solutions.
• Comfort with ambiguity: define problems and frame work before solving.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and responsive frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript).
• Build interfaces and services surfacing/validating data from data lake/ETL pipelines and model outputs.
• Package and manage applications using Docker.
• Use AI-assisted development tools and critically evaluate AI output for long-term suitability.
• Drive conversations with engineers to clarify requirements beyond initial specs.
• collaborate with engineers daily over Slack and Google Meet.
