Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Java/Spring Boot as the primary skill.
• Django/Python as a secondary skill.
• React and modern web stack experience.
• Kafka and GraphQL familiarity.
• SQL or MongoDB experience.
• Build and deployment experience.
• Senior-level with ownership across multiple projects.
• Autonomy and proactive problem solving.
• Experience with Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve production issues for the hiring events product.
• Partner with client-facing teams to triage and address tickets.
• Ensure prompt resolution to meet SLAs.
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations.
• Maintain and update event logic as dependencies evolve.
• Onboard and mentor additional team members as senior roles grow.
