AgileEngine in Pereira, Risaralda, Colombia, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build backend services and frontend interfaces for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will develop REST APIs in Python (FastAPI/Flask), create responsive React/TypeScript frontends, manage PostgreSQL schemas, and leverage AI-assisted tools while ensuring maintainability.

Formación

• 5–7 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and TypeScript/React.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and database migrations.
• Comfortable with REST APIs; able to migrate away from legacy GraphQL where needed.
• Demonstrated experience building or maintaining data-heavy applications.
• Practical use of AI-assisted development tools with critical judgment.
• High comfort level in a Mac/Linux terminal environment (Bash, Makefiles).
• Strong soft skills: defend technical opinions and drive scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Comfort with ambiguity: define problems and frame work before solving.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and responsive frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript).
• Create interfaces and services to surface and validate data from data lake, ETL pipelines, and model outputs.
• Package and manage applications using Docker.
• Use AI-assisted development tools while ensuring long-term maintainability.
• Drive conversations with engineers to clarify requirements and constraints.
• Collaborate with teammates daily via Slack and Google Meet.
