Bluelight in Medellín, Colombia is seeking a skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our rapidly growing team. You will own end-to-end development across backend Python frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Django) and frontend ReactJS, delivering robust financial reporting and data-visualization solutions.

Collaborate with product managers and data engineers in an Agile environment, optimize code, and mentor teammates while tackling challenging projects for top clients.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Python backend development and modern front-end JS/TS with ReactJS.
• Strong experience with relational databases, data models, and data access patterns.
• Experience building service-oriented architectures and scalable web apps.

Responsabilidades

• Full-Stack Ownership: architect, test, and ship end-to-end software solutions for financial reporting and data visualization.
• Optimization: refactor and improve existing codebases using Agile practices to boost maintainability and speed.
• Collaboration: partner with product managers and data engineers to safely extract, parse, and serve analytics for large assets.
