AgileEngine in Colombia seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer to design and scale a platform used by enterprise procurement teams. You will own both frontend and backend, turning wireframes into production features with React and Ruby on Rails, collaborating with product, data science, and design.

You will work in a growing engineering team, participating in an on-call rotation, and applying agile practices to deliver resilient, high-performance software for Fortune 500 brands and startups.

Formación

• 3+ years building web apps with MVC frameworks (Rails/Entity/Spring)
• 3+ years with JavaScript/TypeScript for SPAs (React)
• 3+ years with SQL databases; Postgres/RDS preferred
• 3+ years HTML/CSS front-end styling
• 3+ years turning wireframes into features
• Experience with agile development and changing requirements
• Strong interpersonal, strategic thinking, proactive team contributor; leadership is a plus
• Performance mindset for client/server optimization
• Git with GitHub for source control
• Experience in fast-paced environments with on-call and SLAs/SLOs/RPOs/RTOs
• Upper-intermediate English

Responsabilidades

• Drive innovation and build scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Staff Tech Leads to estimate and commit.
• Implement best practices to optimize development process and increase efficiency.
• Communicate with stakeholders including senior leadership on status, risks, and issues.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
