AgileEngine in Colombia is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design and scale a platform used by enterprise procurement teams. This role blends frontend and backend ownership across React and Ruby on Rails to turn wireframes into production features.

You will collaborate with product, data science, and design to solve complex problems within a growing engineering team, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Formación

• 3+ years building web applications with Rails or similar MVC frameworks.
• 3+ years SQL database experience, Postgres or RDS.
• 3+ years HTML/CSS with responsive design.
• 3+ years turning wireframes into features.
• Experience with agile development and changing requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership potential.

Responsabilidades

• Drive innovation and build scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Staff Tech Leads to estimate and commit.
• Implement best practices to optimize the development process and increase efficiency.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
