AgileEngine in Cartagena is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build backend services and frontend UIs for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will surface, validate, and resolve issues from ETL outputs, data lake, and ML results using Python (FastAPI/Flask) and React/TypeScript.

The role emphasizes ownership, critical thinking, and collaboration with engineers, Docker packaging, and AI-assisted tools, while maintaining long-term maintainability in a remote, people‑first

Formación

• 5–7 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Flask) and TypeScript/React.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and migrations.
• Experience building data-heavy applications with large datasets.
• Comfortable working in a Mac/Linux terminal environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and responsive frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript).
• Build interfaces and services to surface, validate, and resolve issues in data from data lake and ETL pipelines.
• Package and manage applications using Docker.
• Use AI-assisted development tools while ensuring long-term maintainability.
• Drive conversations with engineers to define and clarify requirements.
• Collaborate daily with engineers over Slack and Google Meet.
