Artist Shot is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to drive the evolution of a large-scale print-on-demand marketplace. You will work on PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL within an MVC framework, powering multi-channel sales, complex checkout flows, and major third-party integrations.

The role is full-time and on-site in Bucaramanga; the candidate should be comfortable with overseeing payments, security, and data integrity in a high-volume environment.

Formación

• Advanced PHP and MVC framework experience in production.
• MySQL skills including query optimization and data modeling.
• Modern frontend with semantic HTML5, CSS3, and a modern JS framework.
• Experience with webhook handlers, cron jobs, and large-scale data sync.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering and agent workflows.
• Rigorous human review for code touching payments or authentication.
• Proven Git, automated tests, and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and modernize a high-traffic codebase while ensuring 24/7 production stability.
• Design, build, and optimize checkout flows, webhooks, and background sync across integrations.
• Lead and mentor engineers through code reviews and documentation.
• Define AI development guidelines and leverage MCP servers to streamline workflows.
