Félix is building a fintech platform for Latin immigrants, starting with remittances via an AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot. We are a fast-growing Series C company backed by global investors, delivering secure, scalable backend systems for payments and compliance.

You will shape core architecture, work on Payments/Disbursements/GRC squads, and mentor engineers in a fully remote role with a path toward hybrid in the future.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience building scalable backend services in fintech or similar domains.
• Experience designing secure, high‑performance financial systems with microservices.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and implement scalable backend microservices in Payments, Disbursements, or GRC squads.
• Develop and optimize secure transaction processing and fund collection systems.
• Build and maintain compliant, scalable onboarding and KYC workflows.
• Ensure infrastructure scalability and security for millions of daily requests.
• Collaborate with product, ops, and compliance teams to deliver holistic financial solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best engineering practices.
