Félix is exploring an experienced software engineer to shape the core architecture of our Fintech Platform. You will work in one of three squads—Payments, Disbursements, or GRC—to build, optimize, and scale backend microservices powering secure financial operations.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in fintech or fast-paced teams.
• Fluent or advanced English with strong communication skills.
• Proven track record shipping fintech software and APIs.
• Knowledge of security, KYC/AML processes and compliance.
• Experience designing scalable web services and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Hexagonal and Event-Driven architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and implement scalable backend microservices in Payments, Disbursements, or GRC.
• Collaborate with squads to optimize secure financial workflows.
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
• Design infrastructure for millions of daily requests with high security.
• Leverage Google Cloud tools to build distributed systems.
