Félix is hiring a Compliance Operations Project Manager to drive execution across the compliance roadmap. You will translate strategic priorities into concrete, trackable projects, working with Engineering, Legal, Product and external vendors to accelerate compliant initiatives.

You will report to the Compliance Ops Manager and help build scalable processes, maintain visibility over team work, and navigate cross-functional dependencies in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Law.
• 3–5 years in Compliance/Regulatory ops with leadership experience.
• Strong AML/KYC and document verification knowledge.
• Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with Persona and support platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end compliance projects from scoping to launch and post-implementation monitoring.
• Partner with Engineering, Legal, Product and external vendors to meet regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a live project tracker with status, risks, owners and deadlines.
• Coordinate with Team Leads to surface blockers and ensure timely delivery within compliance guardrails.
