Blend360 is seeking an AI Engineer Manager to lead end-to-end AI delivery for the LATAM team in a remote, full-time role. Responsibilities include building production-ready AI systems, RAG pipelines, and LLM-powered solutions, while mentoring engineers and guiding client solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of production AI/ML experience, strong Python/Git skills, and hands-on with MLOps and modern GenAI patterns.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML in production.
• Strong Python and Git practices.
• Hands-on with LLM-powered solutions, RAG, and GenAI patterns.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI project delivery end to end with governance and stakeholder communication.
• Design robust RAG systems, agentic frameworks, and LLM-powered solutions for production.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering: instruction design, few-shot prompting, structured outputs.
• Assess feasibility and choose best AI approach (prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, ML).
• Design evaluation frameworks with metrics and go/no-go gates.
• Run experiments across prompts, retrievers, embeddings, and models.
• Identify model failures and quality regressions.
• Build scalable inference infrastructure and CI/CD for AI/ML models.
• Automate MLOps/LLMOps lifecycle including deployment and monitoring.
• Design APIs, microservices, and orchestration for latency and cost efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to proposals and new business.
