Tidal is seeking a Senior DTC Creative Strategist for a fast-growing 8-figure ecommerce brand to own performance creative strategy end-to-end. You will translate customer insights, Meta data, and market research into native, high-converting direct-response concepts for scale.

You will lead a high-volume testing roadmap, write polished direct-response copy, brief external partners, and stay ahead of DTC trends using AI tools to improve research, ideation, and workflows.

Formación

• 2+ years of directly relevant experience with US, Canadian, UK, or Australian DTC eCommerce brands in creative strategy or performance marketing.
• Proven experience developing native, UGC-style, organic-feeling Meta ads and translating insights into hooks, scripts, and briefs.
• Experience supporting or owning creative with around $500K–$1M+ in total paid-social spend, with measurable impact.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills with excellent written English and grammar.
• Strong Meta Ads Manager knowledge connecting creative to decisions.
• Advanced proficiency with Claude and other AI tools to improve quality and workflow.
• Comfortable collaborating with founders and senior leaders while owning creative quality.

Responsabilidades

• Own Meta creative strategy across native, organic, UGC-style direct-response ads.
• Lead testing roadmap across concepts, formats, and winning variations.
• Write concise direct-response copy and brief partners through revisions to final approval.
• Analyze CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR, and other signals to guide next tests.
• Ensure messaging quality, logic, and production standards.
• Stay ahead of DTC trends and leverage AI tools for research and ideation.
• Improve creative systems, reporting, and production workflows.
