Tidal is seeking a Visual Designer & Content Creator for a growing home and lifestyle brand. This remote, independent contractor role designs assets, email flows, and social content to boost engagement and conversions.

You will manage the social calendar, craft hooks and captions, coordinate influencer programs, and apply trend insights to creative concepts. 40 hours per week with overlap for US business hours. This role requires a creative, organized self-starter who can work autonomously.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of visual design, content creation, or social media experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, paid ads, and email design.
• Experience with ecommerce or DTC brands is preferred.
• Proficiency in Klaviyo, Canva, Figma, and Photoshop.
• Ability to design email campaigns and automated flows for engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Design static ads, social posts, short-form videos, Stories, Reels, email graphics and campaign assets.
• Create designs to increase engagement, clicks, open rates, and overall campaign performance.
• Improve Klaviyo email flows visuals and copy.
• Manage the social media content calendar and scheduling across platforms.
• Coordinate posts across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Research competitors and trends to inform creative concepts.
• Manage influencer program outreach and content collection.
• Repurpose content across social, email, paid ads, web, and print.
• Write hooks, captions, headlines, email copy, and calls to action.
• Organize creative files and manage project revisions end-to-end.
