Tidal is hiring a Performance Creative & Meta Marketing Specialist for a growing eCommerce brand. You will create, organize, and manage high-volume Meta ad assets, upload creatives in Ads Manager, and quickly implement feedback into new variations.

This remote, full-time position requires 4–6 years experience in graphic design or digital marketing, with strong English communication. You will collaborate with global teams, align with brand guidelines, and drive rapid ad iterations to improve

Formación

4–6 years of experience in graphic design or digital marketing.
Experience creating conversion-focused ads for eCommerce, DTC, consumer brands.
Strong skills in static ad design, resizing and brand asset reuse.

Responsabilidades

Create high-volume, performance-focused static ads and simple creative variations for Meta.
Adapt brand assets into new formats, layouts, hooks, and copy variations.
Upload and organize ads in Meta Ads Manager following naming standards.
Join weekly advertising meetings and execute creative updates independently.
Review campaign feedback to produce new iterations and tests.
Keep creative files organized and searchable and suggest testing opportunities.
Support brand and design projects as the role grows.
