UST in Colombia is seeking a Delivery Program Manager – DPD to lead end-to-end program delivery across DPD domains, coordinating business, technology, and vendor teams.

You will define roadmaps, manage budgets and risks, run executive reviews, and drive transformation initiatives using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.

Based in Ibagué, Tolima, you will deliver measurable outcomes and partner with stakeholders to realize business value.

Formación

• 10–15+ years of overall experience in program and portfolio management.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional business and technology initiatives.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple projects and programs from initiation through execution and closure.
• Define program roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, and success metrics.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, risks, and resources across DPD domains.
• Coordinate governance, executive reviews, and stakeholder reporting.
• Drive delivery excellence and process optimization across the program.
