EPAM Systems in Colombia seeks a Digital Project Manager to guide large-scale digital initiatives from concept to rollout. You will lead delivery across multi-disciplinary teams, ensure quality, manage scope, schedule, and budgets while engaging with senior stakeholders.

In this role, you will implement delivery methodologies, foster engineering best practices, and align client expectations with feasible solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent advanced certification
• At least 8 years of professional experience with leadership roles
• Experience managing a team of 20+ people
• 5+ full-cycle project experiences or multi-project involvement
• Proven ability to deliver complete software solutions in complex, distributed environments
• Strong background in Software Delivery Management and Solution Architecture
• Experience with senior-level stakeholders (VP level and above)
• Strong PM skills in a technical setting
• Understanding of planning, resourcing, and delivering large-scale tech projects including UX design aspects
• Familiarity with CMS and eCommerce platforms
• Experience in mobile app design and development
• Excellent English communication skills (C1+)

Responsabilidades

• Direct delivery operations for large-scale programs involving integrated digital components
• Manage the initiation, planning, and execution of complex projects
• Stay involved in release management to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Choose and implement suitable delivery methodologies for project success
• Identify technology solutions meeting client business requirements
• Ensure accountability against KPIs covering delivery success, health, team development, and technical skill
• Develop governance frameworks suited to each client's environment
• Grow technical expertise while leading, coordinating, and influencing technical decisions
• Act as the delivery and technology partner for clients
• Facilitate alignment of decisions between internal and client teams
• Establish and advocate for engineering best practices to drive improvements in quality and productivity
