The ideal candidate has over 10 years of management consulting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to navigate various project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

Formación

• 10+ years of prior management consulting experience.
• Experience in project-based, client-facing environments across multiple industries.
• Ability to quickly learn new project management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Delivery capability team in Bogota, Colombia.
• Manage complex projects regarding budget, schedule, scope, and risk.
• Contribute to hiring and workforce planning.
