UST is seeking an experienced Delivery Program Manager to lead end-to-end programs across Digital Supply Demand (DSD). You will manage large, cross-functional initiatives, drive roadmaps, and ensure value realization while coordinating with executive stakeholders and vendors.

The role calls for strong governance, risk management, and financial oversight, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery excellence within a dynamic digital transformation environment.

Formación

• 10–15+ years of overall professional experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing program budgets and resources.
• Exposure to cloud, data platforms, AI/ML, and DSD technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee multiple projects and programs from initiation through execution and closure.
• Define program roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, and success metrics.
• Manage dependencies across business, technology, and vendor teams.
• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders across DSD domains.
• Monitor financial performance, manage program budgets, and track resource allocation.
• Drive process optimization and best practices across program delivery.
