EPAM Systems in Colombia seeks a Data Delivery Manager to drive data-focused programs from inception to closure, partnering with diverse teams and stakeholders to bridge strategy and delivery. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure alignment with business priorities.

You will establish metrics, mitigate risks, coach teams, and deliver clear progress updates while upholding delivery quality and continuous improvement across programs.

Formación

• 5+ years of IT experience across varied projects and settings.
• 2+ years leading teams of at least 5 members.
• Involvement in 2+ full-cycle projects or releasing a major product feature.
• Strong project administration: planning, tracking, and progress reporting.
• Proven data-focused leadership and delivery oversight.
• Understanding of data architecture concepts including modeling and integration.
• Tableau proficiency for dashboards and analytics.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
• Solid SDLC knowledge and delivery application.
• Excellent verbal and written English at Advanced level.
