EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery health across three delivery pods.

You will partner with engineering, product, and infrastructure leaders to manage risks, ensure cadence, and drive predictable outcomes across multiple concurrent programs. You will maintain risk registers, report delivery health using DORA metrics and AI tooling indicators, and lead onboarding, readiness gates, and structured sessions with client stakeholders to keep projects

Formación

• 5+ years leading complex, multi-team software delivery engagements.
• Deep expertise in Agile delivery governance and sprint cadence oversight.
• Proven ability to manage risk registers across concurrent teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own sprint cadence across three delivery pods with aligned planning and retrospectives.
• Maintain program risk register, escalate blockers, and drive closure of items.
• Report delivery health using DORA metrics and AI tooling ROI indicators.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, environment setup, and readiness gates with account leadership.
• Lead the full team onboarding program including ramp-up to full ownership and codebase orientation.
• Prepare recurring status updates, milestone reports, and risk summaries for senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement based on retrospectives and metric trends.

We are building strong delivery governance for 19 digital products across three pods, ensuring predictable outcomes, alignment, and transparency. As the Senior Delivery Manager, you will own delivery health end-to-end, partnering with engineering, product, and infrastructure leaders to manage risks and keep cadence on track.
