EPAM NEORIS is seeking a Project Manager to lead .NET delivery initiatives, with a focus on version migration projects and strong coordination across teams. You will guide planning, execution, and people management while applying modern AI awareness to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, scheduling, risk management, cross-functional alignment, and release readiness, with clear communication in daily collaboration.

Formación

• 2+ years of project management experience leading software delivery.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and project administration.
• NET project knowledge, preferably migrations to newer versions.
• Strong communication skills and English proficiency (B1).

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for .NET initiatives with defined scope and outcomes.
• Plan and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive accountability for deliverables.
• Manage risks, issues, changes, and mitigation plans.
• Oversee documentation, meetings, and status reporting; ensure release readiness.
