EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead complex technical projects from inception to successful completion in Colombia.

You will ensure alignment between architecture, engineering, and business objectives while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, drive architecture decisions with technical teams, and enforce governance standards across project deliverables.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Delivery Management.
• Proven ability to deliver complex software projects from inception to completion.
• Experience driving architecture decisions with technical teams.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and governance teams.
• Fluent English (B2+/C1) in professional settings.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of software engineering projects ensuring timelines, quality, and budget targets.
• Drive architecture design decisions with technical teams for scalable solutions.
• Establish architecture governance standards across deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align data engineering initiatives with business goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting delivery or architecture integrity.
• Support governance reviews to ensure compliance with architectural standards.
