EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a senior AI leader to build and drive an AI Center of Excellence, setting enterprise vision, standards, and governance for responsible AI adoption.

You will lead cross-functional teams to align on standards and drive scalable AI tools across the organization. The role requires 7+ years in AI development lifecycle and strong governance experience, with hands-on experience in AWS Bedrock, Copilot Studio, and Anthropic Claude.

Formación

• Experience with AI development lifecycle and governance.
• Leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Enterprise governance including access provisioning and policy enforcement.
• Hands-on platform knowledge of AWS Bedrock, Copilot Studio, Claude.
• Strong English communication (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Define the enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, and operating model for the AI Center of Excellence.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align on AI standards and success measures.
• Establish AI technology standards for development, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Design governance frameworks for token management, access provisioning, policy enforcement, and guardrails.
• Drive adoption of enterprise AI platforms including AWS Bedrock, Copilot Studio, and Claude.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and security teams to design scalable integrations.
• Create reusable patterns, reference architectures, and technical guidelines.
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on governance and priorities.
• Develop adoption playbooks, training, and communication plans.
