EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Fullstack Developer to bridge business goals with technical execution across a distributed organization. You will drive architecture, backlogs, and QA while shaping how enterprise systems evolve and integrate with one another.

You will lead cross-functional teams, build prototypes, and ensure secure, observable, and reusable solutions across platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, and Oracle HCM.

• Five+ years of applied, relevant full-stack development with delivery history.
• Experience guiding and managing development teams.
• Proficient with TS/JS and a frontend framework (React).
• Backend expertise in Node.js or Python and API/integration design.
• Proven history shipping AI/LLM-based solutions and tool calls.

• Partner with product owners across IT, Sales, Finance, HR to align work.
• Transform scoped use cases into architecture and a ready backlog.
• Lead enterprise integration efforts, including authentication and RBAC.
• Coordinate with India-based pod to review PRs and ensure quality.
• Create prototypes and hand over production-ready backlog to teams.
• Embed security, observability, and reusability in every build.

We're looking to add a Lead Fullstack Developer to our growing team. This role bridges strategic business goals with day-to-day technical execution across a geographically dispersed, cross-departmental organization. You'll bring structured engineering discipline to ambiguous, rapidly evolving problems, while playing a hand in shaping how the company embraces emerging technology.
