Job summary

1083 Amadeus IT Group Colombia, S.A.S. in Bogotá is seeking a Senior Manager, Delivery Management to lead and coach a local team of Delivery Managers across airline accounts.

You will direct a strategic, complex program and align cross-functional teams to deliver scope, schedule, cost, quality and customer outcomes. This role combines senior leadership with hands-on program ownership, develops the local ecosystem, and requires fluent English and Spanish with regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in customer-facing technology delivery and leading Delivery/Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Delivery Managers in Bogota, setting clear objectives and building capability.
• Lead a strategic customer program from initiation through closure with accountability for scope, plan, budget, resources, quality, risks and changes.
• Establish governance and executive reporting, providing a consolidated view of commitments and decisions.
