Perficient is seeking an experienced Data Integration Lead to drive end-to-end data onboarding, integration, and remediation across complex cloud platforms. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure data readiness to meet business objectives.

The role requires hands-on Snowflake expertise, strong data governance understanding, and proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in an Agile environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in data integration, data engineering, migration, or analytics.
• 3+ years leading enterprise-scale data integration initiatives.
• Strong Snowflake hands-on experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end data onboarding, integration, migration, and remediation efforts.
• Define and execute data readiness strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of Data Engineers, Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders.
• Drive delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
