Perficient is seeking an experienced Data Integration Lead to drive end-to-end data onboarding, integration, and remediation across complex cloud platforms. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure data readiness to meet business objectives.

The role requires hands-on Snowflake expertise, strong data governance understanding, and proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in an Agile environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in data integration, data engineering, migration, or analytics.
• 3+ years leading enterprise-scale data integration initiatives.
• Strong Snowflake hands-on experience.

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end data onboarding, integration, migration, and remediation efforts.
• Define and execute data readiness strategies to support business and technical objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Architects, and Business Stakeholders.
• Drive delivery execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Lead integration initiatives involving Snowflake and cloud-based data platforms.
• Partner with architecture and engineering teams to design scalable and reliable data solutions.
• Oversee data ingestion, transformation, validation, and reconciliation processes.
• Establish and enforce data quality controls, monitoring, and remediation processes.
• Collaborate with Data Governance teams to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Drive root cause analysis and resolution of data-related issues.
• Ensure consistency, completeness, accuracy, and integrity of integrated data.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote efficient delivery practices.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Data Integration, Data Engineering, Data Migration, or Analytics environments.
• 3+ years leading enterprise-scale data integration initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Experience with Data Quality, Data Governance, and data remediation programs.
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT methodologies and data lifecycle management.
• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
