Job summary

EPAM Systems in Colombia is seeking a Senior Data Integration Engineer to build production data models and semantic layers that support business teams and autonomous AI agents via Snowflake Cortex and Snowflake Intelligence.

You will design dbt models, integrate Gong transcripts, Salesforce CRM data, and usage telemetry, and deliver enterprise data assets in an agile environment for analysts and product teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics engineering, data engineering, or data architecture experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, including window functions, CTEs, complex joins, and analytical queries.
• 3+ years of production dbt experience with modular project structure, Jinja macros, tests, and incremental models.
• Practical experience with Snowflake, including virtual warehouses, Time Travel, and access control.
• Hands-on data modeling for B2B SaaS revenue and interactions (Salesforce CRM, Gong, etc.).
• Understanding of Kimball dimensional modeling and semantic layer design.
• Experience with Git workflows and CI test runs.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production data models in dbt and Snowflake.
• Combine structured records and unstructured data into account-level dimensions.
• Establish consistent modeling patterns, naming conventions, and metric definitions.
• Build and maintain an enterprise semantic layer to unify metric calculations.
• Prepare clean datasets for Snowflake Cortex, Snowflake Intelligence, and AI agents.
• Design feature tables and context stores for LLM agents.
• Manage metadata, RBAC, and data governance across sensitive data.
• Write automated tests and schema validations for data pipelines.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and governance teams on data lineage.
• Work in agile sprints and contribute to design reviews and standards.
• Deliver self-service data models and documentation for analysts.
