AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Data Engineer to build and maintain HR data pipelines and semantic models in Snowflake, DBT, and Python. You will enable BI and AI consumption through ontology layers and agent-ready data infrastructure.

You will design and deploy data solutions, ensure high uptime, and collaborate with teams to define business metrics. This role emphasizes secure handling of large datasets and real-time data processing in a modern cloud stack.

Formación

• Experience with Snowflake data modeling, datamarts and warehouse design.
• Proficient in DBT transformations and Python-based data apps.
• Strong SQL and data pipeline optimization skills.
• Knowledge of Airflow orchestration and REST API integration.
• Capable of building semantic layers and data models for BI/AI use.
• Upper-intermediate English and strong documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain secure, efficient data pipelines for HR data.
• Build infrastructure for ETL from diverse sources using Python, DBT, Terraform, AWS.
• Maintain data models and semantic views for BI and AI consumption.
• Design ontology layers over dbt models (CORE -> SEMANTIC -> METRICS).
• Deploy AI agents for HR use cases enabling natural-language querying.
• Configure MCP connections between Snowflake and internal AI tooling.
