Capgemini is seeking an experienced HR Data Mart engineer to design and maintain scalable analytics data products. You will build and optimize secure data pipelines using DBT, PySpark, and Python, while deploying ETL tooling with Terraform and AWS.

The role emphasizes data quality, uptime, and semantic modeling for HR leadership. This remote Colombian opportunity targets candidates with 5+ years in data warehousing and analytics.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in data warehousing, data modeling and datamarts.
• Strong knowledge of DBT, PySpark, and Python for ETL development.
• Experience with REST API integration and data ingestion pipelines.
• Proficient in Google BigQuery querying and performance optimization.
• Excellent SQL skills and highly optimized query development.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain secure, efficient data pipelines using DBT, PySpark, and Python.
• Build infrastructure and tooling for ETL with Python, DBT, Terraform, and AWS.
• Implement data quality testing and monitor pipelines to achieve high uptime.
• Create semantic views and ontology layers on top of dbt models.
• Develop and deploy AI agents for HR use cases and ensure robust data models.
