Lead executive reviews, translate platform metrics into business outcomes, and mentor teammates while advancing your career in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment.

Formación

• Trilingual in Portuguese, English & Spanish required.
• Experience managing, nurturing, and scaling customer relationships in quota/retention roles.
• Ability to navigate complex orgs and build relationships to C-suite and VP levels.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own a strategic book of business and segment by risk and growth.
• Maintain accurate forecasting notes and renewal plans for six months ahead.
• Engage customers regularly to ensure value and align success criteria.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and leadership; mentor new team members.
• Drive cross-functional adoption and ensure successful renewals.
