Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer in Bogotá, Colombia. You will drive the technical go-to-market, own the customer relationship from discovery through adoption, and work within the GTM team under the Regional Customer Engineering Leader.

You will use AI-enabled workflows to automate routine tasks and focus on high-value architecture and strategic outcomes for enterprise customers.

Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Strong technical acumen in web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Commercial mindset with knowledge of SaaS metrics and enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge deep tech with C-suite strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical discovery with Account Executives and build architectures for demos/PoCs.
• Oversee onboarding, adoption, and ensure ROI alignment with customer outcomes.
• Carry a quota and participate in quarterly business reviews to show value to executives.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through onboarding, maturity, renewal, and expansion.
