Telepatia is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer in Bogotá to work at the intersection of customers, operations, and technology. You will support the deployment of AI solutions, ensuring successful adoption of products from onboarding through go-live.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience, basic programming skills, and excellent communication abilities in Spanish and English. You'll analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and work collaboratively to enhance our AI offerings.

Formación

• 1-3 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
• Basic programming experience in Python, JavaScript, SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation and rollout of AI solutions.
• Configure integrations between customer systems and Telepatia products.
• Analyze customer processes and translate insights into recommendations.
