Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding (Colombia) S.A.S. seeks an Expert SLS - CSQ Customer Specific Quote to support the US After Sales back office. You will create spot quotes for multinational and CSI customers, coordinate with the Pricing team, and craft quotes according to customer requirements.

The role requires strong Excel skills, fluent English, and a service mindset. You will analyze quote requests, perform quality checks, and participate in periodic calls with BP and sector heads while identifying

Qualifications

MS Excel and MS Office proficiency required.
Good English communication (verbal and written).
Customer service and communication skills essential.
Teamwork and autonomy required.
Employees with 12+ months in the organization and not in transition projects.

Responsibilities

Analyze and provide visibility trend behavior of MNC and CSI customers for after sales US team.
Expertise in Quoting process and fast learner as this person will need to know the step by step of all customers we have in Customer Specific Quote.
Quality checks to be done about the performance of the team.
Support the team on questions and escalations.
Periodical calls with BP and Sector Heads.
Find improvements and efficiencies, discuss open topics and issues.
Receive new rate request and perform the quote considering the customer needs.
