Traffic Tech is seeking a Sales Support – Pricing Coordinator in Bogotá, Colombia (on-site) to handle daily quote requests for Ocean Import & Export. You will source competitive rates, analyze options, and recommend routing solutions while supporting the sales team with strategic pricing.

The role requires hands-on freight pricing experience, knowledge of CargoSphere / CargoWise, and advanced English for daily business communication.

Formación

• Experience in Ocean Import & Export, including FCL and LCL.
• Hands-on experience with freight pricing and quoting.
• Strong understanding of ocean freight routings, transit times, and pricing.
• Source and compare rates from steamship lines and overseas partners.
• Experience with CargoSphere and/or other ocean freight rating tools is valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication with internal teams, carriers, and overseas partners.
• Advanced English for daily business communication.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to and manage daily quote requests supporting our global Ocean Import & Export pipeline.
• Source competitive rates from steamship lines and overseas partners using direct contracts, rating tools, and CargoSphere.
• Analyze available options to ensure the most competitive solutions have been identified.
• Recommend the best routing solutions based on cost, transit time, and customer requirements.
• Prepare accurate and competitive pricing while meeting tight deadlines.
• Support the sales team with timely and strategic pricing solutions.
• Manage a high volume of requests with accuracy, organization, and efficiency.

Position: Sales Support – Pricing Coordinator

We’re looking for a Sales Support – Pricing Coordinator with experience in Ocean Freight Import & Export who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage a high volume of quote requests, and identify the most competitive routing and pricing solutions for our customers.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Ocean Import & Export, including FCL and LCL
• Hands‑on experience with freight pricing and quoting
• Strong understanding of ocean freight routings, transit times, and pricing
• Ability to source and compare rates from steamship lines and overseas partners
• Experience quoting Project Cargo is a strong plus
• Experience with CargoSphere and/or other ocean freight rating tools is highly valued
• CargoWise experience is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and a high volume of requests
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, carriers, and overseas partners
