NIQ is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs across LATAM. The role demands a proactive leader who can drive initiative, manage stakeholders, and deliver on time. Strong English and Spanish, PMP certification, and multi-country experience are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills; Portuguese is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience leading complex initiatives.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, Agile, Scrum, and/or PDCA.
• Experience managing projects across multiple countries and working with multicultural teams.
• Proven experience in risk management, stakeholder management, change management, and process improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and project planning tools such as MS Project and Smartsheet.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, governance structures, and communication plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional and multicultural teams across multiple LATAM markets.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment on priorities, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues.
• Monitor project performance and communicate progress to senior leadership.
• Drive change management initiatives to support successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Manage project documentation, status reporting, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support operational excellence through process optimization and best practice implementation.
