NIQ seeks an experienced Operations Project Manager to lead end-to-end operational projects across LATAM, coordinating cross-functional and multicultural teams to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with business goals. You will identify risks, drive change management, and implement process improvements that translate into measurable business results.

You will plan governance, communication, and roadmaps while maintaining stakeholder engagement and ensuring business readiness for new processes

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills; Portuguese is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience leading complex initiatives.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, Agile, Scrum, and/or PDCA.
• Experience managing projects across multiple countries and working with multicultural teams.
• Proven experience in risk management, stakeholder management, change management, and process improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and project planning tools such as MS Project and Smartsheet.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, governance structures, and communication plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional and multicultural teams across multiple LATAM markets.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment on priorities, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues.
• Monitor project performance and communicate progress to senior leadership.
• Drive change management initiatives to support successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Manage project documentation, status reporting, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support operational excellence through process optimization and best practice implementation.
