Matrix-International Financial Services in Colombia seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional software and data science initiatives across the LATAM region. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, manage scope, budget and timelines, and drive value through effective risk management.

Fluency in Spanish required; PMP/CSM/PSM/CSPO or KMP certifications preferred. Travel up to 20% is possible, with remote and hybrid work options available.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
• One or more certifications: PMP, CSM, PSM, CSPO, KMP.
• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects (Agile/Scrum and Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Drive one or more concurrent projects from initiation to delivery, coordinating with internal technical teams and external clients.
• Lead client meetings including demos, workshops, and steering committees.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, resources, and change management processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure value-aligned outcomes.
• Facilitate internal ceremonies and collaborate with Product and engineering teams.
