NIQ seeks an organized Operations Project Manager to join our LATAM PMO team, leading end-to-end projects across multiple LATAM countries and driving transformation initiatives.

The role requires PMP certification, 5+ years of cross-country project management, and strong stakeholder engagement. You will coordinate multi-cultural teams and optimize processes using Excel, MS Project, and Smartsheet.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Advanced English and Spanish communication; Portuguese a plus.
• Minimum 5 years leading complex, cross-country projects.
• PMP Certification required; PMI/Agile/ Scrum/PDCA knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure.
• Develop plans, milestones, governance and comms for programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional/multicultural teams across LATAM.
• Manage stakeholders, priorities, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, and drive change management.
• Monitor progress and report to senior leadership.
• Ensure docs, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.
