Power Digital Marketing in Colombia is seeking a senior CPG marketing leader to own a portfolio of 4-6 consumer brands. You will diagnose growth constraints, develop data-driven strategies, and steer cross-functional teams across paid, SEO, content, influencer, and creative to drive revenue growth and brand recognition. The role emphasizes client renewals, relationship management, and leveraging our proprietary Nova and Iris platforms.

Formación

• 6+ years in CPG marketing with DTC and retail brand experience.
• Ability to understand Amazon, brand positioning, and media investment decisions.
• Fluent in advanced English and able to lead senior client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of 4-6 CPG accounts (beauty, personal care, wellness, food & beverage).
• Diagnose core business constraints and formulate data-backed strategic solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (paid, SEO, content, influencer, creative) around a single account strategy.
• Manage retention and expansion; lead renewals; grow monthly recurring revenue.
• Build relationships with multiple client contacts to mitigate single points of contact risk.
• Ensure 100% usage of Iris, nova, Pulse, and Power Circuit across managed ADs.
